View learner practice summaries

A light summary for reviewing before class—not a grade book.

In Teaching you can see a summary of each learner’s recent practice and review it before the next lesson. It is a practice summary, not a class grade report.

Where it is

WhereWhat you see
Teacher Home → Learner progressPractised today or not, minutes
Teaching → ActivityFinished practice (filter by learner)
Teaching → Speaking tasksNot started / In progress / Completed
Teaching → Plans / Plan follow-upActive plans and their progress
Teaching → Records, or the Progress tabPast practice to look back on

Good for

  • Seeing whether a learner is speaking and what they practised
  • Judging whether a task is too hard or too easy
  • Adjusting next week’s tasks or plan difficulty

Not meant for

  • Official transcripts or exam reports
  • Class rankings or school record-keeping

See What Teaching does not include.

Suggested rhythm

  1. The learner finishes a few practice sessions or tasks.
  2. Before class, open Teaching and check the summary.
