DodoTalk has a few common reminder / chat entries—don’t mix them:

How to use
- Me → Notifications to view and batch-manage alerts (read / clear as the UI allows).
- Me → Messages for family or teacher–learner chat. See Family messages.
- When changing practice habits, lean on Plan and Speaking—don’t rely on notifications alone.
- To scan who finished: open Space → Activity (not the notification list).
If…
- Too many notifications: Batch-mark read or clear using the list UI.
- Child doesn’t get messages: Confirm both sides use the matching Family space and child account.
- Just-assigned task missing from Activity: Expected. Activity only lists completed practice; assignment alerts go to notifications; summaries live under Space → Speaking tasks.
- Frequent usage alerts: Check the minutes pool and allocations—Minutes pool and top-ups.
