Practice consumes practice minutes. Minutes come from three sources—not two rival products like “top-up packs vs point packs”:

When you run out
- Some AI practice or generation may be limited
- The UI may send you to Purchase center, or ask a parent / teacher to allocate

Practical tips
- Check remaining balance under Me → Usage.
- Family / Teaching: allocate first, then let the kid / learner account practice.
- Ledgers and bills: Usage and Billing.
If…
- You still have minutes but a kid can’t practice: confirm allocation to that kid / learner.
- Just bought an add-on and it still shows short: refresh Usage; if it persists, contact support with the order details.
